Review of Sanitation Bid Award

The sanitation bid award was discussed and City Manager Pepper explained that due to the fact the amount can fluctuate from month to month there is no annual amount assigned.
FY 2025 Audit Review

Mayor Bender recognized Mr. Whitaker who gave an overview of the change in how the audit is presented for fiscal year 2025. He explained that due to the fact that the City pays the long-term debt for the Downtown Development Authority it is now covered as a blended component of the audit.
Allocating City Hall Display Window Space for Snellville Youth Council (SYC)

Council Member Brown explained that the SYC would like to display some of the group's items and consensus was to move forward with the display.
