Public Works Construction Bids Update

Greg Ramsey, Public Works Director, informed the Mayor and Council that two capital projects will be presented for consideration at the next Council meeting.
Community Development Update

Shaun Adams, Community Development Director reported that a Zoning Board of Appeals meeting will take place in October. Additionally, two items will appear on the next Council agenda, a change in zoning conditions and a special use permit application.
Fort Pain Operations Hours Proposal

City Manager Brian Johnson requested guidance from the Mayor and Council regarding the operating hours for Fort Pain. A proposal was made to set the hours from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
GMEBS Insurance Declaration Page Update

Brian Johnson also informed the Mayor and Council that the 2026 Employer Declaration and Application for Employee Health Insurance will be on the agenda for approval at the next Council meeting.
