After discussion, the Mayor and Council unanimously approved moving forward with these upgrades and to have the total cost added to the next budget amendment.
Sign Grant Update

Jennifer Howard, Economic Development Specialist, and Bertrand Lapoire, Economic Development Director, presented an update on a pilot program being developed for sign upgrades within Technology Park. The presentation included sign concepts, cost estimates, and a potential grant program. Further details of this pilot program will be presented at a future Council Work Session.
2025 Town Green Event Calendar

Louis Svehla, Communications Director, presented the final event calendar for 2025. This calendar included concerts, fitness events, movies and other community events. The calendar will be added to the City's website.
Innovation Center Updates

Brandon Branham, Assistant City Manager/CTO presented plans for the renovation of 145 Technology Pkwy and the creation of a Curiosity Lab campus comprising the buildings of 147 Technology Pkwy and 145 Technology Pkwy. This item will be presented to Council for consideration at an upcoming Council Meeting.
City Manager Updates (Council Compensation Evaluation)

City Council agreed to evaluate a proposal to implement a cost-of-living adjustment to their annual compensation. This consideration stems from the fact that no adjustments have been made since their compensation was originally established in 2012 when the city was founded.
