Appointment of Paul Sumner as Board Chairperson
Approved · Motion: John Herron · Second: Sharon Cauthen
John Herron moved that Paul Sumner be made chairperson effective at the end of this meeting. Sharon Cauthen seconded the motion and the board voted unanimously to approve Paul Sumner as the new Board Chairperson effective at the close of the March board meeting.
Board Membership Application of Carlotta Marie Jackson
Denied · Motion: Paul Sumner · Second: John Herron
The board reviewed the application and video submitted by Carlotta Marie Jackson. Her application lacked any expressed interest or experience in gardening. After discussion, Paul Sumner made a motion to deny this application. John Herron seconded the motion and the motion carried by unanimous vote.
Surveillance Sign Design and Cost
Tabled
The cost of the signage is being investigated. The project is tabled until more information is available.
