Lilburn — City Council Regular Meeting, July 14, 2025
The Lilburn City Council met for its official regular meeting on July 14, 2025. The Council approved Ordinance No. 2025-650 regulating aggressive solicitation, adopted the 2025 millage rate of 4.430 mills, appointed Anja Peay as City Clerk and Election Superintendent, and appointed Cole Porter to the Lilburn CID Board. Investigator Cody Belcher was also recognized for his service during the Apalachee High School shooting.
