Buford — City Commission Regular Meeting, September 8, 2026
At the official regular meeting on September 8, 2026, the Buford City Commission approved the FY 2027 operating budget and 2026 property tax millage rates for Gwinnett and Hall counties. The Commission also approved several rezoning and annexation requests along North Bogan Road and South Street, a special use permit for a C-store with gas pumps, and multiple infrastructure payments, change orders, and utility easements, including a $550,019 sewer project low bid.
